Our story starts out like most. We met at a college party, Dan was dressed as a keg, I was dressed as a leprechaun….it was love at first sight.  Soon after, we moved in together, we bought a home, got married. After a few years, we started getting tired of the monotony. We realized that most of our money was going into a house, that was just too big for the two of us.

I like to think that the best decisions are made on a whim, if you think about it too much you will talk yourself out of it. I came home from work one day, I asked Dan if he would ever want to move, if I became a travel nurse. He said yes, and I applied that day.

So, here we are. Since leaving our home in 2015, we’ve traveled the west coast, living in cities for 3-6 months at a time(dates subject to change). I work at various hospitals. Dan works remote for work. Wiles and Teddy (our dog and rabbit) are his office buddies. Now everyday is something new; new people, new cities, new hikes. We’ve never been happier.
